Weight Loss Help

So I am trying to lose weight for the wedding. (July 18) My goal weight is 105 (which is a healthy weight for my height). Does anyone know any workouts or anything I can do to achieve this. I am keeping a food log at fitday.com. I need simple workouts I can do in between classes as well.

I need some good tips too, so I'll check back to see if anyone has some. :) Funny, 105 is the weight I'd love to be too! haha. Let's do it together!!!

Well obviously I'm not going to be alot of help with suggestions.....you know what I look like. Hahaha All I can do is wish you luck and hopefully someone will have some good ideas for you. I think the food log is a good idea though. It would probably scare the crap right out of me if I kept track of what I ate during the day.

Well weight watchers is good. My mom lost a bunch of weight on it. You pretty much eat a certain amount of points during the day. As far as workouts go, I don't know much! lol. Biking is always fun or just walking is good too. Good luck

well, small things you can do while you're doing simple things throughout the day... (I don't know if that made sense...) but you can do calf raises while you are brushing your teeth, push-ups while you are cooking...lunges while you're walking around the house...and walk more often!? That is a couple small things?
