So I have finally started off my summer. I am currently working three jobs, but so far it hasn't been too bad. Anyway, here is my story of the week.
On Sunday I happened to have to work at two of my jobs. First I worked at Bodean's. Buisness was slow, and we were bored. I went into the kitchen and splashed the boy doing dishes with water. He told me that he was going to get me back but I didn't think very much of it. I went back out into the dining area and was talking to the other waitress when I felt something spraying on my back. I turned around and saw that the kid held two bottles and was spraying me with them.....two clorox bottles. He said that he didn't know that clorox was bleach. Part of my shirt went from blue to a whitish green. I showed my boss, who just laughed at it. Luckily I have two more shirts.
I went over to my other job not long after this had happened. Every night when we close we have to bleach a table because it gets stained with different kinds of berry juices. I was cleaning the shake mixer while Kyle was bleaching the table. All night I had been wipping ice-cream and water off of my hands onto his shirt (so yes again I did start it) so while my back was turned he decided to wipe his hand (covered in bleach) on the back of my shirt. Again my shirt started to change colors. This shirt went from black to a rusty red color. He said he didn't realize that bleach would do that!
I learned two things from this, or should I say these, experiences. First) Guys should never do laundry because apparently if the bottle doesn't say bleach in big bold letters they won't know or they just won't realize what bleach does. Second) Never start a fight with guys because even though they are stupid , they will figure out a way to get you back.
I'm going to be more careful from now on before I decide to start something.
Oh, and just to add, I did get bleach on my shirt yesterday too but that's because I wasn't thinking and leaned on the table right after we had cleaned it.
