Can You Hear The People Sing

Well I just did something a little crazy while I am waiting to go on my date! Woot woot! We chose to go on our date the day before prom just so tomorrow we won't be rushed all day...well so he won't be rushed all day tomorrow. I have got a list of things I need to do. Anyway, I just bought the Origional London Broadway Cast CD of Les Miserables with all the songs from the play. I also bought the DVD of the movie Les Miserable that was made in 1998. It is not the broadway play, but a movie based after the book.I have been in love with this musical since I was little (along with many others. I also read the book Phantom of the Opera and have the the CD and movie for that one too, tee hee).
I read the book Les Miserables when I was 13 and completely love it! It is a great book...Victor Hugo is definantly one of my favorite authors. I have read a few of books, and I love them because even though they can be difficult to understand, they are so deep and just as you start to get comfortable with the story, he alters it making it become intense again. Some may think that his writing is boring and old fashioned (well duh he was writing during the French Revolution and around that time) but I absolutely love it!
